Credit Card Customer Comms Journey Map
This is a project I’m currently working on to audit and document every touchpoint in the subprime customer journey from the day they are approved until the end of their onboarding journey 90 days later. I’ve held countless workshops with stakeholders across the enterprise and am just about finished with the journey map. From here, I will translate this journey map into a visual timeline for our partners to more easily understand and track the comms we are sending these customers. As well as spark ideas for new campaigns.
